Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- corn oil - 1/4 c
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- celery seed - 1/4 tsp
- mustard seed - 1 tsp
- small jar pimientos, chopped - 1 item
- 2 1/2 can sauerkraut
How to make kraut salad:
Sauce:1 c. sugar1/4 c. vinegar1 tsp. mustard seed1/4 tsp. celery seed Bring sugar, vinegar, mustard seed and celery seed to a rolling boil; set aside to cool. Drain sauerkraut. Mix sauerkraut and remaining ingredients together. Add cooled sauce. Let stand 24 hours. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Low protein, Salads, Low in....
