Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- packaged biscuit mix
How to make onion cheese bread:
Cook onions in small amount of hot fat until tender, but not brown. Combine egg and milk; add to biscuit mix and stir only until mix is just moistened. Add onions, half the cheese and parsley. Spread dough into greased 8 x 1 1/2-inch round cake pan. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Drizzle melted butter over dough.
