One-pan potatoes and chicken rosemary

- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- dried rosemary, crumbled - 2 Tbsp
- medium potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick and microwaved 8 to 10 minutes, until tender - 4 item
- boned and skinned chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips - 1 lb
How to make one-pan potatoes and chicken rosemary:
While potatoes cook, in large skillet toss and brown chicken and garlic in oil over high heat for 5 minutes. Add potatoes and rosemary. Saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper. Time: 20 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
