  • butter, softened - 1/2 c
  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • oats - 2 c

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Sift flour and measure. Sift flour with baking soda and salt into mixing bowl. Add butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla and milk; mix until smooth. Add oats and stir until mixed.
