Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 1 c
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• chocolate chips - 2 c
• white sugar - 1/2 c
• quick oatmeal - 3 c
• margarine, melted - 1 c

How to make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies:

In a large bowl, place sugars, eggs, oatmeal and vanilla. Pour margarine over ingredients. Blend for about 5 minutes with an electric mixer. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir into sugar mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
