Ingredients/Components
- pecans - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- green pepper - 1/4 item
- cream cheese, softened - 2 pkg
- dash of red pepper - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- rib celery - 1 item
- green onions with tops, cut in small pieces - 2 item
How to make nutty cheese ball:
Shred cheese. Chop onions, celery and pepper. Mix all together, except pecans; shape in ball. Store, covered, in refrigerator. Decorate with whole pecans. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, High calcium, Low Carb.
