Norwegian coleslaw
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vinegar - 1 c
- stalks celery - 3 item
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- bell pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- cabbage - 1 item
- mustard seed - 1 tsp
How to make norwegian coleslaw:
Chop cabbage, bell pepper, onion and celery. Mix well and let set 1 hour. Combine sugar, vinegar, celery seed and mustard seed. Bring to a boil; cook 3 minutes. Let cool; pour over slaw and chill in refrigerator overnight.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Carrots.
