  • vinegar - 1 c
  • stalks celery - 3 item
  • celery seed - 1 tsp
  • bell pepper - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • cabbage - 1 item
  • mustard seed - 1 tsp

How to make norwegian coleslaw:

Chop cabbage, bell pepper, onion and celery. Mix well and let set 1 hour. Combine sugar, vinegar, celery seed and mustard seed. Bring to a boil; cook 3 minutes. Let cool; pour over slaw and chill in refrigerator overnight.
