Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cream cheese - 1/2 lb
- eggs - 4 item
- sour cream
- salt
- cottage cheese - 1 lb
- box wide noodles - 1 lb
How to make noodle pudding:
Boil and drain noodles. Beat eggs thoroughly. Add cheeses to eggs and beat well. Add 1 pint of sour cream, sugar and salt and beat again. Mix with noodles.Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and spread 1/2 pint sour cream on top. Dot with butter. Cover with crumbled corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
