  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • margarine - 3 Tbsp
  • nutmeats - 1/4 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • diced apples - 3 c

How to make nobby apple cake:

Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs. Mix well. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in apples, nuts and vanilla. Bake in ungreased 8 x 8-inch pan for 40 to 45 minutes at 350°. Serve with Cool Whip.
