Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 2/3 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- white sugar - 1/4 c
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- stick melted oleo - 1/2 item
- medium can pumpkin - 1 item
- Beat first three ingredients with fork until cake is absorbed
How to make pumpkin pie cake:
Remove 1 cup cake mix (set aside). Beat first three ingredients with fork until cake is absorbed. Press into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.Filling: Beat well the balance of ingredients and spread over cake dough.Topping:1/2 c. white sugar1/2 stick melted oleo1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional) To the cup of cake mix, add sugar, oleo and chopped nuts. Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
