  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk
  • baking powder
  • baking soda
  • margarine, softened - 1/3 c
  • sifted cake flour
  • peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • 10x powdered sugar
  • pineapple juice or milk - 2 Tbsp
  • Sift together in medium mixing bowl the flour, baking soda and baking powder

How to make peanut butter cake:

Cream together in a large mixing bowl the margarine, peanut butter, sugar and eggs.

Sift together in medium mixing bowl the flour, baking soda and baking powder.

Add milk and vanilla alternately with sifted mixture into the creamed mixture. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Peanut Butter Frosting:1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened1/2 c. peanut butter1 1/2 c. 10x powdered sugar1 1/2 tsp. vanilla2 Tbsp. pineapple juice or milk Cream together margarine or butter and peanut butter. Add sugar and beat well. Add vanilla and enough juice or milk to make spreadable.
