  • flour - 3 c
  • water - 5 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • shortening

How to make no fail pie crust:

Combine flour and salt. Cut in the shortening. In a separate bowl, beat together the egg, vinegar and water. With a fork, add the liquid to the flour mixture until it holds together. Yields a 2 crust 9-inch pie shell.
