  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • water - 6 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • shortening

How to make pie crust:

Beat egg, water and vinegar. Add salt and shortening to flour and mix. Then add egg mixture to flour mixture. Makes two double-crust pies.
