Mustard sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- egg, separated - 1 item
- dry mustard
- thin cream - 1/2 pt
How to make mustard sauce:
Mix dry ingredients with cream, vinegar and egg yolk. Cook until thick. Beat egg white until very stiff and fold into cooked mixture.Delicious served with baked ham, or as a dressing added to Miracle Whip for potato salad.
