Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- mushrooms - 1 qt
- good rich stock veal or chicken
- pepper black - 1/2 tsp
How to make mushroom soup:
Wash and peel mushrooms and dice. Stir into the mushrooms, the stock (veal or chicken). Thicken with flour that has been mixed with butter, salt and pepper until creamy. At the last moment, add a bit of whipped cream or croutons.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make, Soups & stews.
