Ingredients/Components
- water
- beef bouillon cube - 1 item
- cube butter - 1 item
- small can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- can onion soup - 1 item
- regular rice - 1 c
- small can chopped ripe olives black - 1 item
- dash of salt and Kitchen Bouquet - 1 item
How to make mushroom rice:
Mix liquid ingredients with melted butter and bouillon. Add olives, mushrooms and (last) the rice. Cook, covered, at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Rice, Short Grain rice.
