Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • poppy seed - 2 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt - 1 tsp
  • green onions, chopped - 2 item
  • large egg, beaten - 1 item
  • crescent dinner rolls - 2 pkg
  • can mushrooms, drained and chopped - 1 oz

How to make mushroom puffs:

Preheat oven to 375°. Lay out crescent roll dough and press perforations to seal. Mix cream cheese, mushrooms, onions and salt. Spread over dough. Roll up in jelly roll fashion and slice into 1-inch pieces. Brush with egg; sprinkle with poppy seed. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Serve hot. Yield: 48.
