Mud pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• butter - 1 Tbsp
• melted butter - 4 Tbsp
• boiling water - 1 c
• Oreo cookies, crushed - 1 item
• little vanilla - 1 item
• softened vanilla ice cream - 1/2 gal
• almonds, crushed

How to make mud pie:

Homemade Chocolate Topping:1 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour1/4 tsp. salt1 Tbsp. butter1 c. boiling water little vanilla Mix cookies and butter and put into pie plate. Add almonds to softened ice cream. Put on Oreo pie crust. Put into freezer. When ready to serve, put on Homemade Chocolate Topping.

For topping, bring water and butter to boil in microwave. Mix all other ingredients together. Add to boiling water and stir. Put back into microwave for about 6 minutes on High. Stir several times.
