Mom's coleslaw
Ingredients/Components
- apple juice - 3 Tbsp
- can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 oz
- head green cabbage - 1 item
- Miracle Whip or more to taste - 1/2 c
- to 2 apples, cut into bite size chunks - 1 item
How to make mom's coleslaw:
Chop cabbage. Add pineapple, apple juice, apples and Miracle Whip. Mix well. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes.My mom used to make this for us. She never had a problem getting her kids to eat their cabbage.
