Ingredients/Components

  • apple juice - 3 Tbsp
  • can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 oz
  • head green cabbage - 1 item
  • Miracle Whip or more to taste - 1/2 c
  • to 2 apples, cut into bite size chunks - 1 item

How to make mom's coleslaw:

Chop cabbage. Add pineapple, apple juice, apples and Miracle Whip. Mix well. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes.

My mom used to make this for us. She never had a problem getting her kids to eat their cabbage.
