  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • flour - 3 c
  • water - 3 Tbsp
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • molasses - 1 pt
  • lard - 1 pt

How to make molasses cookies:

Make dough stiff enough to roll out. Cut and bake. When cool, frost. These are really good. They can be frosted with just powdered sugar icing.
