- milk - 6 c
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 3/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- hard-boiled eggs, quartered - 8 item
- ham, cut in 1/2-inch cubes - 1 lb
How to make mock eggs benedict:
In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour. Add milk gradually. Cook until bubbly, plus 1 minute longer, stirring constantly. Add ham and cheese to sauce. Cook until heated through.
