  • egg - 1 item
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
  • green pepper, diced
  • seasoned bread crumbs - 1 c
  • small stalk celery, diced - 1 item
  • Old Bay seasoning depending on taste - 1 1

How to make mock crab cakes:

Mix all ingredients and make into cakes. Brown in frying pan with as little shortening as possible. Brown on one side, then turn to brown other side.
