Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- pecans - 1 c
- flour self-rising
- chocolate - 3 Tbsp
- small can coconut - 1 item
- Combine all ingredients, mixing well
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan. When removed from oven and still hot, spread 1 jar marshmallow cream on top and cool. When cooled, frost with the following chocolate frosting.Frosting:1 stick margarine6 Tbsp. milk3 Tbsp. chocolate1 box confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. pecans milk Bring to boil margarine, 6 tablespoons milk and chocolate.
