  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • cocoa - 1/4 c
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • plain flour
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • cream
  • pecans - 1 1
  • small can coconut - 1 item
  • small jar marshmallow cream - 1 item

How to make mississippi mud cake:

Frosting:1/2 c. cream1 stick margarine1/2 c. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla1 box confectioners sugar Beat eggs, sugar and margarine in a mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients, one at a time. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°. While cake is still hot, spread marshmallow cream over it. After cake is cooled, mix the 5 frosting ingredients and spread on cake.
