Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese - 6 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- nuts
- dash of salt - 1 item
- plain flour
- marshmallow cream - 8 oz
- Add cocoa and mix well
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Let margarine soften; cream with sugar. Add cocoa and mix well. Add eggs and mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased and floured at 350° for 30 minutes. When cake is done, pour marshmallow cream over cake. Leave in oven until the marshmallows melt.Topping:1 box 10x sugar1/3 c. cocoa1 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla6 oz. cream cheese Mix together and spread over cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
