  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • plain flour
  • pecans
  • marshmallows - 1 pkg
  • Bake in 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan for 35 minutes

How to make mississippi mud cake:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan for 35 minutes. When done, pour 1 package marshmallows over cake while hot.Frosting:1 pkg. powdered sugar1/3 c. cocoa1/2 stick margarine1/2 c. milk1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients well. Pour over marshmallows. When cake is cold, cut into squares.
