  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • confectioners sugar
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • miniature marshmallows - 1 pkg
  • pecans optional

How to make mississippi mud:

Topping:1 lb. confectioners sugar1/3 c. cocoa1/2 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. milk Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix margarine, eggs, flour, sugar, pecans, cocoa and salt. Pour into pan. Bake 35 minutes and remove. Top with marshmallows and let stand until melted.

Mix all topping ingredients except milk, then add milk slowly until spreadable. Spread on top. Chill.
