vanilla - 1 tsp
granulated sugar - 1/2 c
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour - 1 c
brown sugar - 1/2 c
coconut - 1 c
oil - 1/2 c
soda - 1/2 tsp
egg - 1 item
raisins - 1/2 c
oats

How to make easy oatmeal cookies:

Combine all dry ingredients and mix. Add oil, egg and vanilla. Mix well. Mixture will be crumbly. Press together in balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 12 to 15 minutes.
