Mint chocolate squares
Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- Hershey chocolate syrup - 16 oz
- flour - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- 10x sugar - 2 c
- creme de menthe - 3 Tbsp
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- margarine - 6 Tbsp
How to make mint chocolate squares:
Mix 1 stick of margarine, sugar, eggs, chocolate syrup, flour and salt. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cool.Mix 10x sugar, 1 stick margarine and creme de menthe until smooth. Spread over cake.
Melt chocolate chips slowly over very low heat. Add margarine and mix well. Pour over frosting. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
