- Swiss cheese - 1 lb
- can sauerkraut, drained - 1 oz
- party pumpernickel bread - 1 pkg
- container Thousand Island dressing - 1 (8
- corned beef, sliced thin from deli - 1 lb
How to make mini reubens:
Arrange pumpernickel bread slices on cookie sheet. Top each piece of bread with 1/2 teaspoon of Thousand Island dressing.
