Million dollar potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 item
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- 8 oz - 2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped parsley - 1 tsp
- medium baking potatoes - 6 item
How to make million dollar potatoes:
Wash potatoes and rub with oil. Bake at 400° for 1 hour or until done. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact. Mash pulp; stir in butter, 1 1/2 cups cheese, sour cream, milk, parsley, salt and pepper. Stuff shells with potato mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
