  • powdered sugar - 1 item
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • Milky Way bars - 8 item
  • Icing:3 Milky Way bars

How to make milky way cake:

Icing:3 Milky Way bars1 stick butter3 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla powdered sugar Cake: Melt the Milky Way bars and 1 stick butter; set aside. Cream 1 stick butter with 2 cups sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time. Alternate adding buttermilk and flour. Add baking soda and vanilla. Fold in Milky Way mixture. Bake in buttered 9 x 13-inch sheet pan for 1 hour at 300°. Leave in pan.

Icing: Melt 3 Milky Way bars, the butter and milk. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Beat, adding powdered sugar, until spreadable. Pour over cake.
