  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 lb
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • peanut butter - 2/3 c

How to make microwave peanut butter fudge:

Put first 4 ingredients in 2-quart dish. Microwave for 6 minutes. Stir in vanilla; beat with mixer. Pour into greased pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
