Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- corn syrup - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- mini marshmallows - 12 marshmallows
- chopped nuts, if desired - 1/2 c
How to make microwave fudge:
Lightly grease 8-inch square baking pan. In a 2 quart bowl, combine sugar, corn syrup and milk. Top with butter. Microwave 5 minutes on High. Stir to dissolve sugar. Add marshmallows and microwave on High for 5 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Stir in vanilla and nuts (if desired). Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
