  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 lb
  • pecans - 1 c

How to make microwave fudge:

Blend all ingredients, except pecans, in 2-quart microwavable dish. Heat in microwave 3 to 5 minutes (depends on wattage of your oven). After heating, stir ingredients until smooth. Mix in pecans. Pour into an 8-inch dish. Refrigerate until fudge is firm.
