Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine - 3/4 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- chocolate bits - 2 c
- jar Marshmallow Fluff - 1 oz
- evaporated milk canned - 2/3 c
How to make microwave fudge:
Stir the butter or margarine, sugar and evaporated milk together in a 3-quart bowl. Microwave on High for 11 minutes (sugar should be completely dissolved). Immediately add the chocolate bits; stir until melted. Beat in (with mixer) the Marshmallow Fluff and vanilla. Fold in the chopped walnuts. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
