Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 3/4 c
- chopped nuts optional - 1 c
- big marshmallows, cut in half - 16 item
How to make microwave fudge:
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a 2-quart bowl. Microwave 3 to 4 minutes on High or until the marshmallows puff and mixture begins to boil. Stir; reduce setting to simmer (50 percent) and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or until the mixture boils and sugar dissolves completely. Stir in chips, nuts and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread in an 8 x 8-inch buttered dish. Cool and cut in 1-inch squares. Quick and easy.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
