Microwave fudge
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 2 Tbsp
- nuts
- butter or oleo 2 sticks - 1 c
How to make microwave fudge:
Blend sugar and cocoa in microwavable large bowl. Blend or mix thoroughly. Pour milk over this mixture. Put butter in pads, over this; do not mix these all together. Cook (in large microwavable bowl) 2 minutes, until butter is completely soft and melting. Remove from oven; add vanilla and nuts. Beat mixture until thoroughly combined. This should be done as quickly as possible after cooking is complete. Place in greased 2-quart oblong dish. Chill about 1 hour to harden. Cut into 1-inch squares.
