Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • peanut butter - 2/3 c
  • cocoa Nestle Quik even works - 1/2 c

How to make microwave fudge:

Stir together powdered sugar and cocoa. Drop on top of mixture the margarine. Pour milk over mixture (do not stir). Microwave on High for 5 minutes. Stir at half time. Add vanilla, nuts and peanut butter. Pour into the pan of your choice and refrigerate 1 hour.
