- milk - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make microwave cheese sauce:
Heat milk and set aside. Melt butter on High. Stir in flour. Heat 1 minute on High. Stir in warm milk. Blend well. Cook on High for 2 1/2 minutes or until boiling. Stir in Cheddar cheese and blend well.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
