- vanilla - 1 tsp
- crushed pecans - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- margarine - 1 c
How to make mexican wedding cookies:
Mix all ingredients well, in the order listed, and roll into balls in the palm of your hand, about a half-teaspoonful. Flatten cookies with spatula that has been dipped in flour.
