  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • salsa - 1 item
  • green onions, chopped - 1/2 c
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • garlic powder and salt to taste - 1 item
  • black olives, cut - 1 (4
  • can green chilies, cut - 1 oz
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded fine - 1 c
  • or 6 10-inch soft tortilla shells - 5 item

How to make mexican pinwheels:

Mix sour cream, cheeses, chilies, olives, onions, garlic and salt and spread on tortilla shells. Roll the shells like a jelly roll.

Wrap individually in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours to firm up. After they are firm, cut into 1/2 or 3/4-inch slices. Garnish or dip with salsa.
