  • salt - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • ground beef
  • ground cumin
  • green onions - 1 item
  • lettuce - 1 item
  • small curd cottage cheese - 2 c
  • red pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • tomatoes - 1 item
  • black olives - 1 item
  • Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
  • chilli pepper - 1 tsp
  • to 12 tortillas - 10 item
  • Toppings: Cheddar cheese

How to make mexican lasagna:

Toppings: Cheddar cheese lettuce tomatoes green onions black olives Brown ground beef. Drain. Add cumin, powders, peppers, salt and chopped tomatoes. Heat thoroughly. Cover bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish with tortillas. Pour beef mixture over tortillas. Place a layer of tortillas over mixture. Shred Monterey Jack cheese and combine with cottage cheese and egg; pour over tortillas. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Toppings may be added before serving or by each individual.
