- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- ground beef
- ground cumin
- green onions - 1 item
- lettuce - 1 item
- small curd cottage cheese - 2 c
- red pepper - 1/4 tsp
- tomatoes - 1 item
- black olives - 1 item
- Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
- chilli pepper - 1 tsp
- to 12 tortillas - 10 item
- Toppings: Cheddar cheese
How to make mexican lasagna:
Toppings: Cheddar cheese lettuce tomatoes green onions black olives Brown ground beef. Drain. Add cumin, powders, peppers, salt and chopped tomatoes. Heat thoroughly. Cover bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish with tortillas. Pour beef mixture over tortillas. Place a layer of tortillas over mixture. Shred Monterey Jack cheese and combine with cottage cheese and egg; pour over tortillas. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
