  • can creamed corn - 1 item
  • Velveeta - 1 lb
  • cornmeal mix - 1 c
  • hot Jimmy Dean sausage - 1 lb

How to make mexican cornbread:

Mix cornmeal, corn and eggs. Pour half into 2-quart baking dish. Add uncooked sausage evenly on top. Put cheese evenly on top. Add rest of cornmeal to this. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
