- eggs - 3 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- Velveeta - 1 lb
- cornmeal mix - 1 c
- hot Jimmy Dean sausage - 1 lb
How to make mexican cornbread:
Mix cornmeal, corn and eggs. Pour half into 2-quart baking dish. Add uncooked sausage evenly on top. Put cheese evenly on top. Add rest of cornmeal to this. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, North american.
