Corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 3 Tbsp
- cracker crumbs
- can creamed corn - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Combine crackers and margarine. Spread into bottom of dish. Combine in a large skillet, oil, green pepper and onion. Cook 5 minutes and add flour, salt, sugar and milk. Cook until thick, stirring constantly; cook 1 minute more. Remove from heat and add 1 can cream-style corn and 2 eggs, slightly beaten. Pour into dish; top with cracker crumbs.
