- flour - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- onion, diced - 1 item
- slices Velveeta cheese - 3 item
- cream-style corn - 3/4 c
- pepper, diced - 1 item
- meal - 1 c
How to make mexican corn bread:
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Pour 1/2 in greased pan. Put cheese on top and add rest of mix. Bake 40 minutes in 350° oven.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
