Ingredients/Components
- enchilada sauce - 1 can
- condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 can
- onion chopped - 1 item
- pound ground beef - 1 item
- tsp garlic - 1/4 item
- can 11 oz mexicorn - 1 item
- can 4 oz green chilies - 1 item
- 10 1/2 oz corn chips - 1 pkg
- 4 to 8 oz shredded co-jack cheese - 2 c
How to make mexican chip casserole:
Brown hamburger, onion, and garlic until onion is tender, drain. Add soup, corn and chillies. In 13 x 9 pan layer meat mixture, corn chips and enchilada sauce, top with cheese.Bake uncovered at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.
