Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 c
  • can green chilies - 1 item
  • crushed Doritos - 2 c
  • cooked, boned chicken, cubed - 2 lb

How to make mexican chicken bake:

Mix together soup, milk, green chilies and onion. Place 1 cup crushed Doritos in bottom of shallow baking dish. Next put 1/2 chicken; cover with 1/2 soup mixture. Repeat. Top with 1 cup grated cheese. Bake at 300° for 40 minutes to hour.
