  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated cheese
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • corn tortillas - 8 item
  • ground beef or ground turkey
  • can pitted olives, sliced - 1 item
  • Las Palmas - 1 can

How to make enchilada casserole:

Brown meat and onion. Add all other ingredients, except tortillas and cheese. In a 13 x 9-inch casserole, alternate tortillas with meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Uncover the last 10 minutes.
