Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 4 6
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- sweet milk - 1 c
- bag taco flavored Doritos - 1 item
- whole chicken or 6 chicken breasts - 1 item
- can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
How to make mexican chicken:
Boil chicken; remove bones and dice into small pieces. Mix soups, Ro-Tel, milk and onion in small dish. Crumble Doritos. Put 4 to 6 tablespoons chicken broth in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or cake pan. Layer chips and chicken. Pour 1/2 sauce mixture over this. Repeat. Cover with grated cheese before baking.
